Data collected
For book or poster delivery: your email address, requested resource, page of origin and optional newsletter choice.
For the newsletter: your email address, confirmation of consent, language and the page from which you subscribed.
For the contact form: your name, email address, subject, message and any link you add.
Purposes and legal bases
Resource delivery is based on performing the service you request. The newsletter is based on separate consent confirmed by email. Contact messages are processed in POLYLEARN’s legitimate interest in answering questions, corrections, rights requests and proposals.
Required fields are necessary to process your request. Without an email address, a resource or answer cannot be sent.
Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only to authorised people at POLYLEARN and service providers needed for delivery: Netlify for hosting and contact forms, Brevo for resources and newsletters.
Brevo states that its databases are stored in the European Union. Netlify is established in the United States, so its use may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under safeguards described in its contractual documentation.
POLYLEARN does not sell or rent personal data.
Retention
Contact-form and book or poster delivery data is retained for no more than 12 months from the request or last exchange.
Newsletter subscription data is retained until consent is withdrawn or, at the latest, three years after your last active contact. After unsubscribing, information strictly needed to respect your objection may be retained for three years.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw newsletter consent at any time.

Cookies
The website currently installs no advertising cookies or audience-measurement tools.
